Moroccan orange fruit salad (Litcheen bl Karfah Usukar)

Ingredients

What to do

  1. Peel the oranges. Cut into medium sized slices, removing the pith. Arrange the slices into a shallow serving platter.
  2. Stir the orange flower water into the orange juice, then pour over the orange slices. Stir in the crystallised ginger at this stage, if you want them. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the slices. Serve chilled.
