Organic Mung Beans or Moong Dal are best known for their use in Chinese cuisine as well as being extensively used in Indian cuisine. Organic mung beans have a good flavour and a high vitamin level.  Cook them in stews, as a side dish on their own or try them as a tasty (as well as nutritious) Mung Bean Soup.

Organic Mung Beans are great for sprouting - sprout Mung bean at home to make a healthy sprouting salad either on their own as a crunchy healthy addition to a salad. Always a pleasure to harvest the sprouts, grown by your own hand.

Another way that we've enjoyed these organic mung beans is as a tasty salad.
