This Organic Passata is made for Suma in Italy. It is made from deliciously ripe, organic tomatoes that have been puréed and sieved to remove the skin and seeds.  Suma's Organic Passata is sold in glass jars and is smooth, but with some seeds in it.  Organic Passata is the best base for making authentic homemade tomato pasta sauces or as a base for pizzas.

This organic passata can also be used in sauces, soups and any dish that calls for concentrated tomato flavour - or to make your own Bloody Mary.
