Bionova Organic Sauerkraut is a classic continental style pickled cabbage.  Organic sauerkraut has a distinctive sour flavour with the acidic taste like vinegar.  Delicious with sausages, cold meats and as a side pickle for a whole range of dishes.

At Steenbergs we tend to prefer our organic pickles cold, but this sauerkraut can also be heated up before serving.

Ingredients: white cabbage* , sea salt. *,  denotes from organic agriculture

Ready to use, or simply warm up. Don't cook. Keep refrigerated after opening.

This organic sauerkraut is pasteurised.
