Steenbergs loose leaf lemon balm infusion is a traditional herbal tisane, which is naturally caffeine free.  Lemon balm tea is really refreshing, with a delicious lemony aroma and taste.  We love Lemon Balm tea in the afternoon to perk us up in that graveyard time after lunch, lifting our flagging spirits.

The 25g version is in our new retailers range of herbal teas packaging - cream and green cardboard with a see through front

The 75g bulk version is in our resealable black plastic pouches.

How to brew Lemon Balm Tea: into a warmed teapot, put 2 heaped teaspoons of Steenbergs Lemon Balm tea, or more for a more robust flavour.  Bring freshly drawn water to the boil, then pour over the Lemon Balm leaves.  Steep for 3-5 minutes.  Drink without adding milk or sugar.  Relax and enjoy.

Ingredients: lemon balm leaves

Steenbergs Lemon Balm Tea is part of the Steenbergs range of herbal teas.
