Ouse Valley Foods' very pretty and luxurious Fairy Queen Cranberry and silver jelly. An unusual jelly that would be brilliant at Christmas and also for any occasion where a bit of added sparkle would be welcome. The silver in the jelly is subtle and stylish - with some extra magic. Loving the whole idea of Fairy Jelly...

This unique jelly, infused with edible silver leaf, was conceived out of a collaboration with world renowned Glyndebourne Opera House near Lewes in East Sussex to mark their 75th Anniversary and the production of The Fairy Queen Opera.

Would be a wonderful accompaniment to anyone celebrating their silver wedding anniversary (25 years).

Ingredients:  Sugar 50%, Cranberries 25%, Apples 20%, Blackcurrants 5%, Edible Silver Leaf.
