Beluga lentils are tiny, round, black and shiny in their dried state, resembling caviar. Their mild, slightly sweet flavour makes them ideal for salads, soups, casseroles, chilli and stir fries. They


This product is Gluten-free, is Organic and is Vegan.


Suma organic black beluga lentils are canned in water with no added sugar, salt or skin hardeners.


These lentils have been approved by the vegetarian society.


Instructions for use:


Drain and rinse well. The lentils are ready to use in hot and cold dishes. Once opened, remove contents and store in a suitable airtight container in the fridge.


Use within 2 days.
