Ultimate Ras al Hanut Burgers!

Ingredients: Makes 4

Garnish

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 C/350 F
  2. Mix the beef, onion, Steenbergs Ras al Hanut, Steenbergs Perfect Salt, Mustard and egg. 
  3. Mash together with your hands and divide into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties
  4. Fry the burgers on both sides until coloured and put in the oven until cooked through.
  5. Slice the burger buns/rolls and toast the bread
  6. Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom and place the lettuce and tomato, add the cooked patty, top with red onion and replace the top of the bread.
