Spicy Pork Tagine

Although pork is not readily married to tagine, this is a quick but flavoursome way to cook pork fillet.

Ingredients - serves 2



  1. Heat the oil and butter in a heavy-bottomed frying pan
  2. Add the spring onions and red pepper. Cook on a low heat for 5 minutes
  3. Add tagine mix and stir
  4. Add pork fillet. Cook on either side until brown. Add vegetable bouillon and boiling water
  5. Stir in tomato paste. Cook for 5 mmore minutes. Add perfect salt.
  6. Serv with rice
