Quick Fry Spicy Prawns

A super-quick way to spice up some prawns and encrust them with spices. They can be served as a first course or a ight lunch with a salad.



  1. Pat the prawns dry and put in a bowl. Add the chermoula and salt, Mix well and coat each prawn with the spices
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan ona medium heat. When hot, add the mustard seeds and when they start to pop, add the garlic and stir. Add the prawns and stir. Turn the heat down and cook for 2 minutes, stirring the prawns.
  3. Add the lemon juice and serve immediately
