Meridian Organic Molasses, Pure Blackstrap

Meridian Organic blackstrap molasses is extracted during the process of cane sugar production.  Its a process where all the beneficial nutrients of the sugar cane are concentrated into the molasses. Its a natural sweetener.

This organic molasses is a natural product and the consistency may vary. The Molasses are unsulphured. High in iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium.

Meridian Foods have been going for over 30 years and are based at their factory in the rolling Welsh hills in Corwen, Denbighshire. They don’t fly their ingredients.
