Steenbergs Moon Brew Tisane

Steenbergs Moon Brew is a simple European style herbal tea blend that’s made from nutritive herbs that we’ve put together to recentre your spirit with nature, the earth and the moon.

You’ve got: raspberry toning the urinary and pelvic muscles; nettle for purifying the blood and reducing the stress of daily life; peppermint to ease head and digestive issues; oatstraw and rose both gently raise energy levels and tone the entire nervous system; lavender soothes the nerves and relieves head stress. Although designed for women, it’s great for men as well, because organic herbs help everyone, plus the the ritual of tea making has a calming effect in itself, then there’s the flavour on the tongue, the warmth in the body – all very natural sensations and healing.

Tea brewing: Boil freshly drawn water, then pour on the tea leaves. For a mug: Put 1 teaspoon Moon Brew per cup and steep for about 5 minutes. For a pot: Put 1 teaspoon of Moon Brew per cup into the pot; steep for about 5 minutes.
