Steenbergs Organic Celery Salt

Organic Celery Salt is one of Steenbergs Signature Blends. We make it with only premium organic ingredients.

Celery Salt is a great flavour enhancer, with fresh, earthy, medicinal type flavours, and it’s especially good with slow-cooked stews and soups and any egg-based cooking, even duck eggs and gulls eggs.

We make this traditional salt blend with the following:

• Sea salt from Portugal is the core flavour enhancer;
• Celery powder gives a distinctive fresh umami flavour that’s slightly medicinal;
• A sprinkle of cumin powder adds a rich, earthy and warming depth.

Add celery salt to slow-cooked foods, sprinkle on eggs or top off your Bloody Mary.
