Steenbergs sources the highest quality Organic Fairtrade Cinnamon Powder from a farmers’ cooperative in Sri Lanka that we’ve worked with for over 20 years.

This  cinnamon powder is Ceylon Cinnamon or True Cinnamon. Steenbergs Organic Fairtrade Cinnamon Powder has the distinctive woody, aromatic flavours of genuine cinnamon which are sweet, subtle and faintly lemony.

Use Steenbergs Fairtrade cinnamon in baking for fruit cakes, biscuits and apple crumbles or in curries. Cinnamon is a sweet spice: sweet, woody, perfumed and hints of citrus, with no bitterness.
