Steenbergs Pure Organic Lemon Extract is made with lemon essential oil that is distilled from fresh organic lemon peel. This is then diluted with organic sunflower oil. It crafts a refreshing, uplifting lemony flavour that’s great for home bakers and professionals alike.

Steenbergs Organic Lemon Extract is brilliant in cakes, cookies, ice creams or add to lemonade, iced teas, mojitos or whisky cocktails.  It is alcohol free. There are no additives – pure and simple vibrant lemon flavours.

As a rough guide, 1 tsp lemon extract = 1 tsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice.
