Old Hamlet’s Fairtrade Spiced Cider and Apple Juice Mix was created in 1990s as a simple-to-use mix.  Designed for one sachet to perfectly flavour one litre of warming spiced cider (or apple juice).

The only change since then is that the recipe has contained Fairtrade ingredients since 2006.

It’s hand-blended in small batches in North Yorkshire, packed into four single-serve sachets, and presented in Royal Stuart drawstring bag – sewn in the UK.

How to make spiced cider: Pour 1 litre of cider or apple juice into a saucepan, then add the contents of one Spiced Cider sachet. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Do not let boil, but serve hot.
