Steenbergs Mellow Tisane

Mellow Tisane is a loose leaf herbal tea to help calm you down.

Stress has become such a debilitating part of our lives, a core part of modern living that we all need to find our ways of dealing with. You can’t turn anywhere without seeing stress factors – social media, the internet, the TV, radio and newspapers. It has got calming chamomile, soothing oatstraw, stress relieving linden, cleansing red clover, and St. John’s Wort that lifts the spirits while strengthening your nerves.

Tea brewing: Boil freshly drawn water, then pour on the tea leaves. For a mug: Put 1 teaspoon of Mellow Tisane per cup and steep for about 5 minutes. For a pot: Put 1 teaspoon of Mellow Tisane per cup into the pot; steep for about 5 minutes.

Tasting notes: herbaceous like a chamomile lawn, giving off light lemony flavours of springtime hedgerows with floral notes.
