A delicious addition to strawberries and cream to enjoy on those summer evenings, with a glass of rose! The rose water gives a fresh flavour to the cream and can be served with a few dried rose petals to add colour.

Ingredients

For the recipe:
  • Strawberries for 4 people
  • 100ml double cream ( you can use dairy free whipping cream)
  • 1 tsp Steenbergs Organic Rose Water, or more to taste
  • To decorate Steenbergs Organic Pink Rose Petals

Hull strawberries

Whip cream and Rose Water together, until soft peaks form

Serve spooned on top of strawberries and sprinkle with dried rose petals if desired
