This history. Alison, who was our designer at the time, asked Axel Steenberg to develop some organic rubs and seasonings for her summer holidays. Rising to the challenge, Axel invented this lazy (but delicious) all-purpose seasoning. It comprises a unique balance of Steenbergs organic Mixed Herbs and organic Cracked Black Pepper combined with Steenbergs natural sea salt, which we source from the Algarve. Steenbergs Organic Perfect Salt Blend was an instant hit.
