Product Description

Steenbergs Organic Lemon Pepper Seasoning is one of Steenbergs’ authentic spice blends that only uses natural, organic ingredients. It is a wonderfully simple all-purpose organic pepper seasoning and is salt free.

This was one of the first blends created by Axel Steenberg over 20 years ago and balances the pungent, oily warmth of black pepper with the fresh, vibrant feel of lemon peel. The bittersweet tartness of the lemon enhances the natural saltiness in real food and, together with the warm depth of flavour from organic black pepper. It simply makes almost anything taste just a little more pleasing.

Steenbergs Organic Lemon Pepper is perfect for fish and chicken – just rub into the surface half an hour before cooking then bake, steam or fry. It also combines well with vegetables, especially sauted vegetables. It also is delicious with pasta and cheese sauce or in dressings.

Great salt free seasoning. Blended in North Yorkshire at the Steenbergs spice factory.
