Product Description
Organic Beetroot Ground is a natural colouring and is great for tandoori and tikka masala recipes, where it gives some redness without the need for chemical colours, or mix into icings to make a natural pink finish.
Organic Beetroots are cleaned, peeled and dried, then ground down into a fine powder. The result is a purply red coloured powder. It has a sweet and pleasant flavour that does not impact the overall taste of the dish.
Axel’s Tasting Notes: Beetroot is Sweet: earthy and slightly sweet.
