Steenbergs Organic Cajun Ragin, or Cajun Spice Mix, is one of Steenbergs’ authentic spice blends that only uses natural ingredients. Steenbergs Cajun Ragin is a hot, peppery blend of spices created for Cajun-style blackened chicken, fish or seafood. Sprinkle some of the blended spices onto beef, chicken or fish and let it infuse with flavour for 15 minutes then fry, grill or barbecue.
