Product Description

Steenbergs Organic Christmas Chai Spices is a variation on our classic spice mixture for making a chai drink. It brings together the sweet flavours of cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla, with the warmth of ginger, then the festive flavours of oranges and cloves. Preparing Christmas chai from scratch is easy – put half a teaspoon of Christmas Chai Spices, a few teaspoons of black tea and a couple of teaspoons of sugar into a pan, then add a mugful of liquid (50:50 of water: milk) and bring to the boil, simmer for around 5 minutes, then strain into a mug and enjoy.
