Product Description
Steenbergs Organic Cocoa Nibs are small pieces of crushed cocoa beans. They have a bitter, chocolatey flavour. Cocoa nibs can be eaten on their own or sprinkled over cereals, smoothies or desserts.
Cocoa beans are dried after harvesting, fermented and chopped to produce small, dark bits. These are known as cocoa nibs. They are high in iron, magnesium and flavonoids and can contribute to healthy energy levels.
Axel’s Tasting Notes: Cocoa Nibs are Bitter: rich bitter chocolate flavour with a crunchy texture.
