From the Planadas in Tolima, deep in the Cordillera central mountain ranges of the Andes. This kick-ass coffee helps build brighter local futures and delivers a sweet, smooth and moreish cup.

Grumpy Mule is based in Meltham in West Yorkshire where the coffee is roasted and ground. They are passionate about flavour, provenance, sustainability and aroma.

Coffee brewing tips:

For cafetiere/filters: measure 2 level dessert spoons (15g) of ground coffee to 250ml f water per cup. Pour over water that’s come off the boil (92 – 96 C) or else you could burn the brew.

For espresso machines: Add 14 – 18g of ground coffee for a double shot. Extraction time around 25 seconds.
