Steenbergs Energising Tisane

Steenbergs Energising Herbal tea mix is an alternative to traditional teas for the morning. It’s still got caffeine in it but it comes from maté rather than black tea. Steenbergs Energising tea gives you that early morning wake-up and buzz, and includes maté for the slight caffeine kick. Energising Tea is Steenbergs own blend, with herbs like maté, redbush, oatstraw, hawthorn tops, gotu kola, nettle, peppermint and licorice.

Tea brewing: Boil freshly drawn water, then pour on the tea leaves. For a mug: Put 1 teaspoon of Energising Tisane per cup and steep for about 5 minutes. For a pot: Put 1 teaspoon of Energising Tisane per cup into the pot; steep for about 5 minutes. Takes a bit sugar if you wish to add it.
