Organic Garlic is one of Steenbergs most popular spices. Garlic Granules are a great way to get the benefit of garlic without having to cut them up. We prefer granules because they don’t attract water as much as the powder, so aren’t as lumpy. We do also sell Garlic Powder.

Organic Garlic Granules are pungent and give you hot garlic flavours without all the hassle of crushing and chopping. It’s found in almost any savoury dish but use it in white sauces, add to your own barbecue rubs, to flavour pâtés or terrines, or when making your own guacamole or hummus.

Food Pairing: good with anything savoury. Essential to many sauces – aioli, allioli, rouille, pesto.
