Product Description
Hot Cross Buns are a British classic at Easter, though it does seem to be sneaking into stores all year round – please don’t do this supermarkets! I like a plain Hot Cross Bun without strange flavours added into them like chocolate or caramel, but the best is to make it yourself. So, I developed this slight tweak on our classic mixed spice that works a treat. It’s a mix of roughly equal amounts of nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger with a smaller amount of cloves. If you want a simple mixed spice for general baking, it works very well too.

Recycling
Glass: Reuse, Widely Recycled. Metal Lid: Reuse, Widely Recycled. To remove the labels: the best way is to apply heat with a hairdryer and then they peel off.
