Steenbergs Lemon Balm

Steenbergs Lemon Balm tisane is a traditional herbal tea – naturally caffeine free, loose leaf. Lemon balm tea is really refreshing, with a delicious lemony flavour. Lemon balm is popular as a soothing, calming tea, but we find that it lifts our flagging spirits in the afternoon – maybe not in a full on energy way, but for a settled, balanced vibe.

Tea brewing: into a warmed teapot, put 2 heaped teaspoons of Steenbergs Lemon Balm tea, or more for a more robust flavour. Bring freshly drawn water to the boil, then pour over the Lemon Balm leaves. Steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Drink without adding milk or sugar. Relax and enjoy.
