Suma Organic Light Tahini Spread

Suma organic light tahini is creamed hulled sesame seeds and is ideal as a dipping snack or spread. Organic tahini is also used as a cooking ingredient in Middle Eastern foods such as hummus and is great as a smoothie ingredient or in dressings.

The difference between this light organic tahini and a dark organic tahini is that this one is only made from hulled sesame seeds and the dark one is made from the whole sesame seed. No palm oil.

Store Suma organic light tahini somewhere cool and dry. once opened keep in a cool dark place. Some oil separation is normal and can be stirred back in.
