Steenbergs Organic Liquorice and Peppermint Tisane

Steenbergs organic Liquorice and Peppermint Tisane is our loose leaf version of this classic herbal combo that eases the nerves. Licorice is anti-inflammatory, soothes the digestive tract and strengthens the female reproductive system, whilst the peppermint is, also, a remedy for digestive issues, as well as easing nervous stress.

Tea brewing: Boil freshly drawn water, then pour on the tea leaves. For a mug: Put 1 teaspoon of Liquorice and Peppermint Tisane per cup and steep for about 5 minutes. For a pot: Put 1 teaspoon of Liquorice and Peppermint Tisane per cup into the pot; steep for about 5 minutes.
