Steenbergs Organic Mediterranean Rub was created for a vibrant, floral rub that’s versatile enough to work as a dry marinade for vegetables, chicken, fish and red meats. Liberally sprinkle Mediterranean Rub over chopped vegetables (courgettes, aubergines, red peppers, tomatoes) in a baking tray for roasted vegetables or rub onto a salmon steak or chicken and leave to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge before cooking.
