Steenbergs Organic Apple Pie Spices are one of Steenbergs’ authentic blends. It uses only natural, organic ingredients.

It is mix that’s round and full bodied for flavouring cooking apples for an apple pie or crumble. Just add one half to one teaspoon for 500 g of fruit. It’s not just for apples and works well with any fruit, so why not make a delicious Yorkshire rhubarb crumble or flavour summer fruits roasted in the oven.

It includes:

  • The sweet flavours of allspice, cassia and vanilla;
  • The gentle warmth of ginger;
  • The woody aromatics of nutmeg and clove;
  • The gentle citrus sweetness of coriander seeds.

We hand blend our seasonings at Steenbergs’ factory in North Yorkshire.
