Seggiano - Lunaio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with LEMON

Lunaio certified organic Extra Virgin Oil Oil with lemon comes from Italy.  The olive oil is stone milled with organic fresh lemons for a zesty fresh flavour.

Saverio and Grazia de Carlo have farmed and milled olives for generations in the Conca di Bari region of Puglia, in southern Italy.

To make this oil they stone grind about 40 kilo of fresh local organic lemons together with every 100 kilo of the best organically grown hand picked Ogliarola olives.

The Ogliarola olive is an old fashioned Puglia variety which makes an unusually delicate and subtle oil in complement to the flavour and perfume for the lemons.

Serving suggestion:

A delicious condiment for fish, vegetables or for use in sauces and salad dressings.
