Product Description

Steenbergs Pure Organic Orange Extract is made with essential oils distilled from fresh organic bitter orange peel, which is diluted with organic sunflower oil. This crafts a refreshing, uplifting citrussy flavour that is great for home bakers and professionals alike.

Steenbergs Organic Orange Extract is brilliant in cakes, cookies, ice creams. It can be added to hollandaise sauce for a special twist.  It is alcohol free. There are no additives – pure and simple vibrant orange flavours.

As a rough guide, 1 tsp lemon extract = 1 tsp lemon zest or 2 tbsp lemon juice.

Glass: Reuse, Widely Recycled. Metal Lid: Reuse, Widely Recycled. To remove the labels: the best way is to apply heat with a hairdryer and then they peel off.
