Steenbergs Organic Perfect Poultry blend is one of Steenbergs’ authentic spice blends that only uses natural ingredients. Steenbergs Organic Perfect Poultry blend has been created for a flavoursome sweet and salty base with the warmth from paprika, chilli, black pepper and mustard with the freshness of organic lemon peel. Liberally sprinkle over chicken and rub in, leave for at least an hour before frying, grilling or barbecuing. Why not add a drop of rum or whisky to moisten the rub and create an extra dimension of flavour?
