Steenbergs Organic Piri Piri Seasoning, or Peri Peri, is one of Steenbergs’ authentic spice blends that only uses natural ingredients. Steenbergs Organic Piri Piri has been created for a spicy seasoning to make this classic Portuguese dish. It’s a warming chilli and paprika blend, freshened up with garlic, ginger and oregano. Mix 2 tsp of Piri Piri Spices with 1 tbsp of oil and a little lemon juice, drizzle over chicken and leave to marinade for hour in the fridge before grilling or roasting in the oven.
