Firstly yes this pasta is that intense colour naturally it comes from the red split lentils! Steenbergs has stocked the tagliatelle version of this lentil pasta before which has proved popular this is similar but different shape!

Seggiano’s artisan crafted Italian organic gluten free fusilli pasta is made from 100% red lentil flour. Using the artisan tradition of bronze forming and slow drying at low temperatures.

Seggiano red lentil pasta is high in protein and fibre, delivers excellent consistency and delicious flavour. It can be enjoyed with just a drizzle of excellent extra virgin olive oil.
