Steenbergs Organic Sri Lanka Masala Curry Mix

Steenbergs Organic Sri Lankan Curry Powder is one of Steenbergs’ organic curry powders. It’s our take on a Singhalese style curry. The Sri Lankans enjoy their curries hot, however at Steenbergs we’ve toned down the fire a little and increased the aromatic flavours.

Whereas the curry powder is close to an Indian style one, Sri Lankan Curry Powder has more cinnamon in it and no fenugreek, so has less bitterness. This organic curry powder is full of organic cinnamon, organic cloves and organic cardamom and some organic fennel.

Steenbergs Organic Sri Lankan Curry mix has been created to give a hotter curry flavour than Steenbergs’ standard curry powders.

This organic curry mix has been blended and created at Steenbergs spice factory in North Yorkshire. It has no artificial ingredients or sweeteners and no sugar.
