Product Description

Steenbergs organic Sri Lankan Curry Powder is Steenbergs version of a classic Anglo Ceylon curry flavour.

The Sri Lankans enjoy their curries hot, however at Steenbergs we’ve toned down the fire a little and increased the aromatic flavours.

Whereas the curry powder is close to an Indian style one, Sri Lankan masala has more cinnamon in it and no fenugreek.

This organic curry powder is full of organic cinnamon, organic cloves and organic cardamom and some organic fennel. Steenbergs organic Sri Lankan Curry mix has been created to give a hotter curry flavour than Steenbergs’ standard curry powders.

This organic curry mix has been blended and created at Steenbergs spice factory in North Yorkshire. It has no artificial ingredients or sweeteners and no sugar.
