Vadouvan Curry Powder is Steenbergs take on this classic French-style curry powder that differs from our classic British-style curries. Vadouvan is a French style curry powder based around Tamil cuisine from the Puducherry region of southeastern India. It’s a level heavy style of curry powder than the Madras style British curry powders.
