Steenbergs Organic White Pepper Ground

Steenbergs Organic Ground White Pepper is from ground white peppercorns. It has a hotter, more direct taste than black pepper, but it does not have its aromatic depth.

Use Organic White Pepper like black pepper and it works well in white sauces like béchamel sauce or cream soup.
