Indonesian style Gado-Gado Spicy Salad recipe
Easy recipe for Indonesia's classic Gado-Gado dish.

Ingredients
For the recipe:
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbsps agave syrup
- 120g crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tsps organic crushed red chilli flakes
- 1 lime's worth of juice
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste

Gado-gado featured here is one of the well-known dishes from Indonesia. Gado-gado literally means ‘mix-mix.’ So it’s not surprising that an array of ingredients feature such as beansprouts, cucumber slices, boiled eggs etc being assembled and then garnished with fried
shallots, crushed peanuts and Thai crackers. The gorgeously sour, salty and tangy dressing is poured over the salad and you mix-mix- gado-gado style!
