Ingredients

For the recipe:
  • 1 tsp Steenbergs organic Fairtrade vanilla extract
  • Clipper Instant Coffee
  • Caster sugar
  • Boiling water

Method

On high speed, for 5 minutes, whisk equal parts of the coffee, sugar and boiling water together, add the vanilla extract too.

You can choose how much you want to make, as long as the ingredients are equal.

Store the rest in the freezer, and add a scoop on top of a glass of milk.
