- How to use: Add 450ml of cold water and one Whisky Toddy sachet to a saucepan. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat, then add 50ml (2 measures) of whisky. Reheat and serve hot.

Blended in small batches by hand to traditional recipes. Packed in Black Watch tartan drawstring bags, sewn in the UK. Old Hamlet's Fairtrade Whisky Toddy Spices make a great Scottish themed gift or to enjoy yourself in the winter months - slàinte.

Ingredients: Sugar, Ginger, Nutmeg.
Directions: Stir contents of one sachet of Old Hamlet Whisky Toddy Spices into 450 ml or a quarter pint of cold water. Heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil and remove off the heat instantly. Add two drams or 50 ml of whisky, stir and enjoy.
Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
