Steenbergs Organic Jamaican Jerk, or simply Jerk Seasoning, is one of Steenbergs’ authentic spice blends that only uses natural ingredients. Steenbergs Organic Jamaican Jerk has been created for a Caribbean vibe with allspice and thyme being the key spice flavours. It’s our second version, being redeveloped in 2018, where Axel upped the amount of allspice and thyme, giving a more authentic feel; Axel says he’s much happier with this version. Moisten a tablespoon with some dark rum to make a wet marinade then coat your chicken with this jerk mix, leave for an hour in the fridge before frying, grilling or barbecuing.
