Biona’s organic avocado oil is a versatile everyday oil, suitable for all high heat cooking (including stir frys), salads and sauces with a delicate fruity flavour. It is a cold pressed and unrefined organic edible oil.

This oil has all the natural goodness of avocado. High in Vitamin E, monounsaturated fats, beta sitoseterol and lutein. Highest plant source of Co Q10. Contains NO trans fats, additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients.
