Organic Coriander Ground is one of the most commonly used spices. It has a mild, sweet lemon flavour. Use coriander powder in baking, curries, harissa, rub into pork or ham.

Coriander is from the seeds of Coriandrum sativum. It grows in Southern Europe, Sicily, Africa, India, Mexico, Cyprus and Spain. Steenbergs sources the highest quality organic Coriander Ground we can find, which is packed down in small batches for optimum freshness.

Organic Coriander Powder works well in baking cakes, cookies and fruit pies. It is essential in curry powders. A simple dhal recipe: a cup of red lentils; a tin of coconut milk plus a cup of water; flavour with one teaspoon each of coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, paprika, whole fennel seeds and half a teaspoon of fenugreek powder.
