Product Description

Steenbergs Organic Lebanese 7 Spices is one of Steenbergs’ authentic spice blends that only uses natural ingredients.

Steenbergs Organic Lebanese 7 Spice has been created to give the typical blend of spices that is used in the Lebanon for subtly spiced chicken, classic kofta and Lebanese rice dishes.

How to use: mix 1 – 2 teaspoons with 1 tbsp oil for 500g chicken or fish, and leave to marinade for at least one hour in the fridge before cooking.

Lebanese 7 Spice is not a hot blend but is a balanced mix of the sweetness of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves with the pungent, oily warmth of black pepper and a hint of fresh and vibrant ginger.

This blend is full of woody, aromatic flavours and truly wonderful.
