Suma organic light tahini is creamed hulled sesame seeds and is ideal as a dipping snack or spread. Tahini is also used as a cooking ingredient in Middle Eastern foods such as hummus and is great as a smoothie ingredient or in dressings.

Store Suma organic light tahini somewhere cool and dry. once opened keep in a cool dark place. Some oil separation is normal and can be stirred back in.
