Hodmedod's Smoked Quinoa (Essex Grown)

This smoked quinoa has been grown in Essex, UK. It has been locally smoked in a bespoke wood blend to develop a delicious rice or couscous alternative.

If you haven’t come across Hodmedod’s before, they were founded in 2012 to supply beans and other products from British farms and are doing a brilliant job at it.

No need to rinse prior to cooking.

To use: Place 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water in a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to low, place a lid on the pan and simmer until water is fully absorbed.
